Manager - Technical Support

Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering/IT from a recognized university.

Certifications: MCSE is a must. CISA , CCSP/CISSP certifications desired

Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in Office Automation industry with at lest 5 years as a Technical Support Manager/Lead level.

Management skills: Should have prior experience in managing a Service centre, Project management, Outsourcing, Tender evaluations and Technology review.

Must have the ability to manage and lead a group of 50 to 60 Engineers and Technicians in diverse divisions of Photocopiers, Printers, Scanners, Audio/ Visual Solutions/Filing System, DMS and other IT solutions, Telecom etc.

Sales Engineer

 Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering/IT from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum three years in computer hardware and solution sales.

Should possess excellent communication skills.
